  - Loosely CO 140 (112) sts using needles Row 1: P1, *K1, P1 to last stitch, P1
Work in Fisherman’s Rib for 10 (8.5) inches Join for working in the round
 - Switch to 1x1 ribbing Work in 1x1 ribbing until piece measures 15 (13) inches
 - Switch to other needle
 - Continue in 1x1 ribbing until work measures 25 (21) inches.
 - Bind off using tubular bind off or 1x1 ribbing bind off to ensure stretchy edge.
