Instructions
- Cast on 100 (112) sts using the Long-tail Cast on method
- Place locking stitch markers 30 (35) sts from each edge.
- (*Note: These markers show where you’ll pick up stitches
for the front panels. Place them on the fabric, not on the needle.)
Back Panel:
Follow the [Cable Chart] for the back panel.
1. Row 1 (RS):
- Knit the first 34 (40) sts.
- Place a marker.
- Work Row 1 of the [Cable Chart].
- Place another marker.
- Knit the remaining 34 (40) sts.
2. Row 2 (WS):
- Purl to the first marker.
- Slip marker.
- Work Row 2 of the [Cable Chart].
- Slip marker.
- Purl to the end of the row.
3. Row 3 (RS):
- Knit to the marker.
- Slip marker.
- Work Row 3 of the [Cable Chart].
- Slip marker.
- Knit to the end.
4. Row 4 (WS):
- Purl to the marker.
- Slip marker.
- Work Row 4 of the [Cable Chart].
- Slip marker.
- Purl to the end.
5. Rows 5-6 (RS/WS):
- Repeat Rows 5-6 from the [Cable Chart] until you have completed
48 (52) rows. (*Note: Size S will end on Row 8 of the chart,
and Size M will end on Row 4.)
Finish:
- Break the yarn.
- Place all sts on a spare cable or stitch holder.
